This document provides a common methodology as a framework and implementation guide for EELISA projects throughout the Alliance’s lifespan, while allowing each project to remain independently managed by its own coordinator. Its main purpose is to support a sustainable funding strategy and strengthen the alliance’s long-term success.
Building on successful projects such as UNFOLDS and InnoCORE, the framework establishes a structured process for evaluating and managing project opportunities. It consists of two parts: the first explaining its purpose and scope, and the second detailing the practical methodology.
This is a living document, and it will evolve as the alliance matures with regular updates and continuous improvement.
