This document provides a strategic and operational framework for the development and scaling of EELISA Joint Degrees, building on pilot experiences such as the JEDI project. It outlines the alliance’s ambition to foster interdisciplinary, inclusive, and internationally attractive programmes aligned with European priorities and societal challenges. Addressing existing legal and administrative barriers, it proposes practical solutions and introduces key tools, including joint degree requirements, quality assurance strategies, and a roadmap for implementation.
