The EELISA Gender Equality Plan includes the following four topics:
- Analysis to collect sex-disaggregated data, assess processes and practices critically
- Planning to define objectives and targets;
- Implementation of actions and entangle in outreach activities
- Monitoring to evaluate, adjust and improve future interventions
