If you are organizing an EELISA event and plan to take pictures or videos, it is essential to obtain consent from participants before filming or photographing them. To ensure proper consent, we recommend using the EELISA consent form or integrating its content into your digital registration process.
Please note that a local consent form from your university may not provide the same rights as the EELISA consent form. Since the event is organized within the alliance, EELISA partner institutions are also permitted to use the pictures, not just your institution. Additionally, as the EELISA project is funded by the European Union, the EU reserves the right to use the images and videos for its own purposes—this additional requirement is included in the EELISA consent form.
