The following document is based on Deliverable 4.6, the “EELISA Inclusiveness Plan”, developed by the EELISA Gender Equality & Diversity Workgroup (the full plan is annexed from page 6 onward). While the plan outlines the initial framework and proposals, some elements may have evolved during implementation.
The document details EELISA’s Inclusiveness Plan, which includes EELISA’s inclusiveness strategies into a clear, operational plan. Rather than introducing abstract guidelines, the deliverable provides practical approaches that can be implemented across institutions, building on experience within the alliance.
It also features the developement of the the EELISA Inclusion Collage, a participatory workshop designed to identify and address barriers to inclusion in STEAM fields. Together, these actions contribute to fostering more equitable, diverse, and inclusive academic environments across all EELISA institutions.
